Shipping & delivery
How discreet is the packaging?
Plain unmarked box with no logos or branding. Return address shows 'Tennis Ball Suction LLC' only. Customs labels use corporate name only — no product details visible.
How quickly will it arrive?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days with free delivery on all orders. Expedited (1–2 days) ships same day. International orders to Canada, UK, Australia, and EU typically 5–10 days with duties prepaid.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. Duties and taxes are paid at checkout so you won't face surprise fees upon delivery.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions, full refund with free return shipping. We accept returns even on used items. Returned devices are recycled responsibly, never resold.
What warranty coverage applies?
Two-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects, motor failure, battery issues, and silicone separation. Free replacement or repair including return shipping at no cost.
What if it arrives broken?
Email [email protected] with photos and your order number. We'll ship a replacement the same day most of the time, with prepaid return label.

What materials are used?
FDA-registered medical-grade platinum-cured silicone body with polycarbonate core and lithium-ion battery. Phthalate-free, BPA-free, latex-free. Complete material specs on each product page.
Is it waterproof?
Yes — IPX7 certified, fully submersible to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. Safe for use in the shower, bath, or anywhere you want it.
How loud is it really?
33–48 dB depending on setting — quieter than a soft whisper. Verified by independent audiology testing.
Using your Ace or Smash
How long does a charge last?
Up to 120 minutes per full charge depending on intensity level. Charges completely in 90 minutes using the included magnetic USB-C base.
How do I clean it?

Can I bring it when traveling?
Absolutely — TSA-approved, comes with a silk pouch, and features a travel lock (hold button 5 seconds) to prevent accidental activation.
